One More Day!!!

Walker Matthew will be here in just one short day! I am being induced tomorrow morning at 6 am. We had our last doctor's appointment today. I am sure that the doctor's office will miss us, since we have been visiting every week! The doctor predicted that Walker currently weighs 8-8 1/2 pounds, so much better than the originally thought 10 pounds. We are so blessed already, but are continuing to pray for Walker's health and a swift, easy delivery. Check back for pictures and stats tomorrow!

Walker Matthew's Nursery

Walker's nursery is officially complete! Everything is painted, hung on the wall and assembled. Good thing....because he is going to be here in less than 2 days! Our little dog, Baxter, thinks that this is HIS room. He loves the fuzzy rug and hangs out in Walker's room all of the time, so I had to include a picture of him. Poor Baxter is really in for a big surprise!

After four baby showers and one surprise shower at Matt's family reunion, I must say that we are prepared for Walker's arrival!! We are so blessed to have such wonderful and thoughtful friends! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Enjoy the pictures from the amazing showers!

I must say that my Dallas girls sure know how to throw a party!! They put together the most precious baby shower! They even pulled out their china and crystal for the event! Also, Matt's three sisters, Amanda, Laura and Eliza, all came in for the event...what a treat!! Sweet Erin opened up her home to all of these people...thank you! Thanks Amy, Baylie, Blair, Erin, Lauren, Lindsey, Lori, and Sarah...you are amazing!

Below are pictures from my shower in Tyler. This shower was so special, because Matt's mom and grandmother came all the way from Maryland and Illinois to be at the shower! Also, my Grandma and Aunt Janet came in for the shower. The shower was hosted by Sandra and it was so gorgeous! I got to see tons of Tyler friends that I had not seen in quite a while.

I am Finally Blogging!!

Well, I am a little late gettting this blog started...I have been thinking about getting this up and going since my first doctors appointment in February. Here we are at the end of August...better late than never! So you need a baby update.....Walker Matthew is due on October 13th!! We are overwhelmed with God's amazing blessing! And Matt is thrilled to be having a little boy after growing up with three sisters. We can hardly wait for Walker to arrive! Although, we are hoping that he will c ome a little early, because our doctor seems to believe that he will weigh about 10 pounds! Oh my gosh...1o pounds! He is very active in my tummy, so we can only imagine what is to come....just 6 short weeks before we meet the little guy!

The other day my BF, Sarah, came over and took some belly pictures of me. She is an amazing photographer! Yes, I know....my belly is HUGE and getting bigger each day!
